Sea Semester offers unique scientific field studies opportunities. Come to this information session to learn more!
SEA Semester is the leading off-campus Environmental Studies program focused on the oceans. The programs incorporate a traditional academic experience on shore and a field-based learning component at sea aboard a tall ship sailing research vessels. The shore-to-sea program design combines a traditional classroom experience with hands-on experiential education, creating a high-impact learning environment with an emphasis on outcomes including leadership, research, and collaboration. The voyages/port stops include a variety of locations in Europe, the Caribbean, the South Pacific, New Zealand and Transatlantic crossings.
