Program Description:
The McDonald Conference for Leaders of Character (MCLC) at the United States Military Academy at West Point brings together students from around the world and challenges them to explore and share their unique leadership ideals in a diverse setting, under the guidance and mentorship of senior fellows from a broad spectrum of industries. This year's conference is themed "Opposition and Innovation: Taking Risks to Lead Change" with panels focusing on Expression, Structures, and Freedom/Ethics.  The conference will be held during the Spring semester.  You can find more information about previous years' conferences here.

Invitation is by university nomination only and is open to current undergraduate juniors and seniors in Columbia College, the School of General Studies, and the School for Engineering and Applied Sciences. To be considered, complete and submit your application no later than 11:59pm EST on the deadline provided. Additionally, to be eligible for this opportunity, you must be available to attend and participate in the McDonald Conference for Leaders of Character to be held on the grounds of the United States Military Academy at West Point during the Spring semester.
